PURPOSE:To produce dielectric ceramic composition having large dielectric constant and reduced loss in micro wave region and reduced in temperature change of resonance frequency by adding Pb, Ca, Zr, Ti, etc., to a composition so that the above-mentioned metals, etc., may be within a specific composition range. CONSTITUTION:High-purity powder of PbO, CaCO2, ZlrO2 and TiO2 are blended at desired blend amounts to give a mixture. Then the mixture is fired and ZrO2 in PbO-ZrO2-CaO based composition is replaced by TiO2 or TiO2 and SnO2 and m and n of Pb1-m-CamZr1-nTinO3 expressed by the general formula is controlled so as to be on lines connecting points A (m=0.25, n=0), B (m=0.50, n=0), C (m=0.60, n=0.10) and D (m=0.35, n=0.10) (excepting on line AB) expressed by the figure and within the range of these four compositions to produce a dielectric ceramic composition. |
