The Skate-Carrier is a holder that supports a pair of ice skates for the purpose of carrying, transporting, storing and protecting the skates. It is comprised o f a Base, a Handle and a Velcro Strap. The Base and Handle are both made from plastic through injection molding. The Handle snaps into the Base in two locations locking the parts together. The Velcro Strap feeds through the Bas e in three locations and is used to secure the skates to the Skate-Carrier.</SDOA B>
