摘要 PURPOSE:To furnish a two-dimensional radioactive ray detector of short time necessary for reproducing a radioactive ray image and superior in aspects in miniaturization and vibration resistance, by exciting the radioactive ray image recorded on an accumulative fluorescent film by electron beam sweeping after irradiation of radioactive ray, and detecting light generated in correspondence to the amount of the irradiated radioactive ray at the time by a light detecting element to reproduce the image. CONSTITUTION:An X-ray transmitted through a body 11 to be tested interacts with the accumulative fluorescent film 14 and the X-ray image is stored in a trap level. Then, if the film 14 is swept by an electron beam 15, the trap level is excited thermally, the light corresponding to the amount of X-ray irradiation is generated and is read by the light detecting element 19 through a light guide 12. In a data processor 21, the situation of electron beam and the amount of signals obtained in order from an amplifier 20 are stored, the data is processed and the X-ray image is reproduced finally by a picture display 22.
