PURPOSE:To obtain superior oscillation shielding characteristics by employing a double-wall structure formed by uniting in one body an internal and an external wall made of thermoplastic resin sheets mutually with a space between. CONSTITUTION:A speaker stand has the double-wall structure formed by making the internal wall of a thermoplastic resin sheet, i.e. polypropylene sheet 1a and the external wall of 1b, and uniting them mutually with the space part between. Consequently, the rigidity is extremely high and the internal loss of the blank materials themselves is large, so the oscillation shielding characteristics are excellent and the propagation of the oscillation of a speaker box mounted thereupon to a floor surface is suppressed. A proper packing material is charged in the space part between the internal wall 1a and external wall 1b to improve the effect more. |
