PURPOSE:To transfer alarm information with a low cost even if an interface is arranged in a maintenance center in a remote place, by switching data to preliminarily adjusted fixed data to transfer this data to a man machine interface equipment in case system down occurs. CONSTITUTION:The alarm pulse of a system abnormality monitor device 2 is transferred to a central processing unit 3 and a system abnormality gathering device 8. The statistical processing of the alarm pulse is performed in the unit 3, and the restart processing in a stage based on the number of coming pulses within a certain time is performed. The unit 3 is connected to a man-machine interface equipment 7, which a maintenance man operates, through a MODEM 5 and a transmission controller 4. The command input due to key data from the equipment 7 by the maintenance man is transferred to the unit 3. The unit 3 returns display data as the response of the command by this key data, and this display data is displayed on the display device of the equipment 7, and alarm information is transferred.
