<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a magnification by the ocular optical system of an eye to be examined accurately. <P>SOLUTION: The fundus oculi observation device 1 is an OCT apparatus for detecting interference light LC based on low-coherence light L0 and forming the tomographic image Gi of the fundus oculi Ef on the basis of the detected result. Also, the fundus oculi observation device 1 functions as a fundus camera for photographing a fundus oculi image Ef' as well. The tomographic image Gi and the fundus oculi image Ef' are stored in a storage part 212 together with optical information V representing a state of the ocular optical system of the eye E to be examined. A magnification calculation part 231 calculates the magnification by the ocular optical system of the eye E to be examined, based on the optical information V. An analysis part 232 forms an accumulated image on the basis of the tomographic image Gi and matches the positions of the accumulated image and the fundus oculi image Ef' on the basis of the magnification. Further, the analysis part 232 sets the tomographic image Gi corresponding to measurement lines M1-M3 set on the fundus oculi image Ef' as a measurement position, and obtains the thickness of the layer of the fundus oculi Ef at the measurement position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
