<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the construction period and cost for laying piping, by piercing piping in pipe-supporting plates as a piping block and supporting them and providing an unified beam structure and mounting it on columns of a steel skeleton structure. CONSTITUTION:Piping blocks 43 are assembled in a factory and transported to a construction site in such a state that piping racks 55 are fitted to piping 48, 49, 50, 52 and the piping racks 55 are fixed on horizontal beams 45 of a steel skeleton structure 41. In this case, longitudinally adjacent piping blocks 43 are connected together by bolt-joint of flanges at the ends of respective piping 48, 49, 50, 52. Next, cable-tray racks 56 are fitted to the pipe-supporting plates 47 and the cable trays 57 are placed on the tray racks 56 in turn. And one unit of piping blocks 43 is placed on the steel skeleton structure 41. Only in this way, a number of piping 48, 49, 50, 52 can be simultaneously attached to the steel structure 41 and the piping can be easily and rapidly laid down.</p> |
