<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture an accurate shaped composite board which is easy to be polished and excellent in a beauty surface by a method wherein when the composite board is manufactured by laminating native rock on a phenolic foamed board, deformation of warpage caused by water absorption generated in a polishing process is effectively prevented from occurring. CONSTITUTION:A glass fiber reinforced phenolic foamed board is molded and cured. Then, water is absorbed in the glass fiber reinforced phenolic foamed board to make equilibrium moisture content. Thereafter it is laminated on native rock sliced in a sheet form to be bonded. Thereafter a surface of the native rock is polished while water is being sprinkled thereon.</p> |
