It consists in obtaining initially a negative (1) of the morphology of the dental arch of the patient by printing said arch into a mass of alginate, and further placing said negative (1) on a mobile support (2-3) to be analyzed by a tridimensional scanner (4) which, with the collaboration of cameras (5) which record digitally the scanned surface, sends information to a control system or computer (7) provided with an appropriate software in order to convert the digital information received into a tridimensional image of the dental arch or arches, visible on the screen (8) of said computer. |
