PURPOSE:To provide a gas laser tube laser tube which is improved in service life in such a way that light of which reflection is unnecessary is discharged to the outside from the tube so as to prevent the deterioration of a dielectric multilayered film mirror by the light of the unnecessary wavelength. CONSTITUTION:This gas laser tube is provided with a cathode 1, discharging thin tube 2, and anode 3 which are arranged in a cascade state and resonator mirrors 9 and 10 provided at both ends. In addition, interference filters 14 and 15 which reflect about 100% of light of an unnecessary wavelength are arranged at Breuster's angles between the discharging thin tube and mirrors. |
