APPARATUS FOR REMOVING STAYING COOLING WATER BY V+I UPPER COLLIDING WATER JET

摘要

PURPOSE: A staying water removal apparatus by a V+I type upper colliding water jet is provided to improve the quality of a hot-rolled product by installing a staying cooling water removal apparatus of a high-temperature planar plate. CONSTITUTION: V type staying cooling water removal apparatuses(11,12) are installed in the upper portion between respective unit equipments in an advancing direction of staying cooling water. An I type staying cooling water removal apparatus(13) is installed inside the V type staying cooling water removal apparatuses. According to the V and I type staying cooling water removal apparatuses, the staying cooling water formed on the upper face of a high-temperature planar plate(2) after passing through a rolling machine is removed by the upper colliding water jet.
