PURPOSE: A cold or hot cup in a vehicle is provided to improve heat efficiency by directly refrigerating beverage and to contain an electric resolve device in a vessel with buoyance of oxygen or hydrogen. CONSTITUTION: A cold or hot cup of a vehicle comprises a space block(12) mounted on a lower portion of a vessel(11); a cover(10) covering the vessel to prevent heat form being transferred; a cold or hot element(13) generating cold or hot heat; a radiating plate(14) helping radiation of the hot and cold element; a fan(15) assisting the radiation of the radiating plate; an outer case fixing the fan on a lower face unit by a bolt(16); a circulation hole(H) generating flow of air; an electric resolve device mounted on a lower face unit of the vessel to generate bubble promoting heat transmitting; a cold or hot supplying unit(40) receiving power; and a display lamp mounted on a lower face of a case to indicate power applied to the cold or hot supplying unit. Thereby, the cold or hot cup improves heat efficiency by directly refrigerating beverage and contains the electric resolve device in the vessel by buoyance of oxygen or hydrogen.
