PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma display panel, fundamentally eliminating the emission of neon due to charging error in a nonradiative region, and its insulation wall producing method. SOLUTION: The plasma display panel comprises a front glass substrate 11 and a rear glass substrate 12, mutually bonded with a bond 22 applied to the edges, a first electrode 13a and a second electrode 13b formed on the inside faces of the front glass substrate 11 and the rear glass substrate 12, respectively, perpendicular to each other, dielectric layers 14, 14' formed on inner surfaces of the front glass substrate 11 and the rear glass substrate 12, respectively, so as to cover the first electrode 13a and the second electrode 13b, insulation walls 17 formed on the dielectric layer 14' of the rear glass substrate 12, florescent materials 18 of red(R), green(G) and blue(B) each being applied between the partitions, and a nonradiative region filling part 31 formed by filling a space of a nonradiative region 21 existing between the outside partition 33 out of the insulation walls 17 and the bond 22 with an insulation wall material 41. |
