摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a polycrystalline tool having PCD/PCBN(polycrystalline diamond/polycrystalline cubic boron nitride) is provided to reduce stress, and to prevent penetration of cobalt by creasing a substrate or rounding a protrusion. CONSTITUTION: A polycrystalline tool is composed of an outer processing layer(140) having a polycrystalline formed body(138) including polycrystalline material made of PCD or PCBN; a substrate(134) supporting the outer processing layer, and having first and second sides and plural protrusion parts(150) in the first side; and an intermediate layer(144) having a first side combined with the substrate and a second side combined with the outer processing layer. The intermediate layer is arranged between the outer processing layer and the substrate, and composed of polycrystalline material of 70w% and a bonding agent of 30w%. Wear is minimized with preventing penetration of cobalt, and forming of fine holes is reduced with restricting movement of cobalt.</p>
