摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a highly heat-conductive com posite material of excellent crack-resistance and peel-resistance of a highly heat-conductive layer, the highly heat-conductive composite material, and a die used therefor. SOLUTION: In this composite material manufacturing method, copper or copper alloy is welded to a base material formed of tempered steel, and a highly heat-conductive composite material is welded while suppressing the increase of the temperature of the base material to be welded. More specifically, at least one layer of copper or copper alloy is welded to the base material formed of tempered steel, and the first welding is performed while suppressing the increase of the temperature of the base material to be welded. The die is formed by using the highly heat-conductive composite material manufactured by this manufacturing method, and has a working face on the base material side.
