PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive metal fitting capable of efficiently, stably, and firmly binding an intersection part between a main reinforcement and a hoop reinforcement in a reinforcement basket from the outside by a single operation. SOLUTION: One releasing end part of a spring metal wire material is formed as a first winding arm 11. The first winding arm 11 and a second winding arm 13 arranged parallel with each other in pair are overlappingly wound on the hoop reinforcements 2 from the outside. A winding arch 12 between the first and second winding arms 11 and 13 and a winding hook 14 positioned at the releasing other end part of the metal wire material in pair are overlappingly wound on the main reinforcement 1 from the inside so as to be bound into the intersection part X1 between the main reinforcement 1 and the hoop reinforcements 2 in an elastically held state.
