PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core which can make an insulating film hard to peel off, a stator, a method of manufacturing the core, a method of manufacturing the stator, and a brushless motor. SOLUTION: The insulating film 24 is made so that a resin grain 27 being a part of the insulating film 24 may penetrate into the space surrounded by adjoining magnetic pulverulent bodies 26, at the border with a stator core 14. The insulating film 24 consists of fine resin grains 27 as insulating powder, and this resin grain 27 has a grain diameter smaller than that of the magnetic pulverulent body 26.
