<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve user's operability by improving the visibility of the paper storage space of an in-body ejection type image forming apparatus so that ejected transfer paper can be easily taken out. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus 100 includes: a main body housing part 120; a scanner part 200; a paper storage part disposed between them and used to store ejected paper; and a first support post part 300 having an ejection function to eject paper. The image forming apparatus 100 satisfies an inequality given below: 0.6≥La/Lb≥0.3, wherein La represents a distance between the furthest frontward part of the first support part located in a backward place and the furthest frontward parts of the scanner part and main body housing part located in a frontward place, and Lb represents a distance between the bottom face of the scanner part and the lowermost part of a paper ejection tray. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
