PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air bag device capable of regulating inflation pressure in an air bag according to an inflating developing process of the air bag. SOLUTION: The air bad device is equipped with an air bag 1 in a folded bag shape, and an inflator 2 for supplying gas for inflation to the air bag 1. The air bag 1 has a vent hole 1d capable of discharging the gas for inflation to the outside of the air bag 1, and a restricting member whose one end side is connected to a periphery of the vent hole 1d in the air bag 1, and whose other end side is extended to the outside of the air bag in an non-inflated state, which is coupled to the inside of the air bag 1 by a control member 3b, and pulled into the air bag 1 by the inflation of the air bag 1 so as to restrict the exhaust air of the vent hole 1d.
