<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of reducing the number of analysis results a user should check with respect to analysis results of three-dimensional shape data having a repetition structure, and to provide a display method. <P>SOLUTION: An abnormal value extraction part 13 extracts an evaluation point which satisfies an extraction condition predetermined by value of an analysis result from among a plurality of evaluation points on a surface constructing a three-dimensional shape model. A closed plane grouping part 141 groups evaluation points where values of the analysis results coincide among the evaluation points included in respective closed planes every closed plane comprising the three-dimensional shape model. A similarity grouping part 143 groups, as a similar group, a closed plane group in which: the number of evaluation points included in the respective closed plane groups is the same; and an average value every closed plane group of the values of the analysis results of the evaluation points is within a predetermined closed plane average value alteration allowable range.
