CEMENTLESS BINDER COMPRISING INITIAL SETTING TIME RETARDER AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

A cementless binding material comprises: (a) a binding material mixture including fly ash, calcium hydroxide (Ca(OH)_2), and an alkali metal salt of carbonic acid; and (b) a retarder including at least one type of a compound having at least three hydroxyl groups or a salt thereof. The cementless binding material acid is manufactured by recycling industrial byproducts, and is an eco-friendly material. The cementless binding material has excellent compression strength, and particularly is easy to be used in a site by using the retarder and extending setting time.
