PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device for a vehicle capable of adjusting an oil temperature of a transmission to a proper temperature and suppressing excessive temperature rise of cooling water of a cooling system at a low temperature side.SOLUTION: A cooling device for a vehicle includes a first cooling system, a second cooling system for circulating cooling water to a second cooled object of a temperature lower than a first cooled object, a first heat exchanger for exchanging heat between an oil of a transmission and the cooling water of the first cooling system, and a second heat exchanger for exchanging heat between the oil and the cooling water of the second cooling system. In a case when an oil temperature is a prescribed oil temperature or less (step S10-N), heat exchange is not implemented (step S50), in a case when the oil temperature is higher than the prescribed oil temperature (step S10-Y) and a cooling water temperature of the second cooling system is higher than a prescribed water temperature (step S20-Y), heat exchange is implemented by the first heat exchanger (step S30), and in a case when the oil temperature is higher than the prescribed oil temperature, and the cooling water temperature of the second cooling system is the prescribed water temperature or less (step S20-N), heat exchange is implemented by both heat exchangers (step S40).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
