PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for coating a vehicle body without using a jig, in a vehicle body comprising a slide door.SOLUTION: A masking tape 10 is adhered to a travel face of a rail guide which supports a main roller 18 on a slide door side. The masking tape 10 comprises projections 14F, 14R on a door closing position, and comprises projections 15F, 15R on a door opening position. When coating an outside plate, the projections 14F, 14R regulate movement of the main roller 18. When coating an inside plate, the projections 15F, 15R regulate movement of the main roller 18. The masking tape 10 is peeled after finish of coating.EFFECT: The masking tape having projections, is used, so that a jig is not required.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
