PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-side precoated aluminum plate for press working having improved coated film scraping property and excellent conductivity and a method of manufacturing a press product using the same.SOLUTION: A double-side precoated aluminum plate 10 for press working is constituted by; sequentially laminating on one surface of an aluminum plate 12, an undercoat later 16 composed of a first organic resin-based coating containing no pigment, and a topcoat layer 18 composed of a second organic resin-based coating containing a matting agent of 1 to 15 wt.% in a coloring pigment and a resin component same as that in the first organic resin-based coating, thereby forming a lubricative coated film 20 with a two layer structure; and forming on the other surface of the aluminum plate 12, a conducive coated film 24 with a thickness of 0.05 to 1.0 μm and composed of a third organic resin-based coating containing one or more kind of an urethane resin, an ionomer resin, a polyethylene resin, an epoxy resin, a fluorine resin and a polyester resin and no conducive material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
