<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency in mounting circuit components in a circuit component mounting system adapted to move an intermittent rotator that intermittently rotates while holding a plurality of component suction nozzles on its outer periphery, to an arbitrary position within a conveyance plane spread over a component feeder and a circuit substrate holder using a moving device for conveyance. <P>SOLUTION: An intermittent rotator 762 is held so as to be rotatable intermittently on an X-axis slide capable of moving to an arbitrary position on an XY plane that is a conveyance plane, and a plurality of component suction nozzles 784 are held on its outer periphery so as to be capable of ascending and descending. By holding an elevator including an elevation driving member 892 common to the plurality of component suction nozzles on the X-axis slide, and by ascending or descending the elevation driving member 892, while each of the component suction nozzles is rotating below an elevation driver 896 of the elevation driving member 892, the rotation of the component suction nozzles 784 due to the intermittent rotator 762 and at least one of ascent and descent for receiving and mounting the circuit components of the component suction nozzles 784 due to the elevation driving member 892, can be performed in parallel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
