<p>Galvanic cell with oxygen depolarisation having a zinc anode, a porous carbon cathode and a separator containing electrolyte, the separator being composed mainly of fibres or threads of hydrophilic material of a thickness not exceeding 1 micron, specifically of 0.03 to 0.1 micron, pref. asbestos. Fibrous separator ensures suitable electrolyte content by its capillary action.</p> |
