The respective strips may be formed by etching complete evaporated layers. Both sets of conducting strips may be deposited directly on the substrate and covered by an insulating layer over which the strip 18 is deposited. Alternatively, as shown, the strips 14a-14h are covered by an insulating layer to which the strip 18 is applied and covered with another insulating layer to which the strips 26a-26g are applied, the two sets of conducting strips being interconnected through holes in the insulation. The substrate may be of silicon with an oxide coating. A transistor or other device may be diffused into the silicon and connected through a terminal 15. |
