<p>Stove enamels for electro-deposition contain as binder a mixture, present at least partially in the form of salt of ammonia or volatile water soluble organic amines, and dissolved or dispersed in water, or (1) 60-90 parts of a copolymer and (2) 10-40 parts of a phenolic resin base on a condensation product of formaldehyde and a mixture of mono- or polynuclear phenols, the copolymer consisting of 25-60% vinylaromatic cpd. 5-40% conjugated C4-6 diolefin, 2-50% maleic acid half-ester and 5-20% c polymerizable olefinically unsaturated C3-20 monocarboxylic acid or its ester with mono- to trihydric alcohols.</p> |
