摘要 <p>Ceramic capacitor or other body consists of a lead-free dielectric ceramic body coated with an electrode material on both surfaces and made using lower firing temp. for fixing the electrodes than for firing the ceramic body. The ceramic body is made by mixing 60-95 wt.% uncalcined lead-free ceramic material =2500 angstroms particles with 5-40 wt.% lead-free cadmium-oxide contg. ceramic material, and firing to mature the ceramic at is not >1120 degrees C. The electrode material is then applied and the body fired again at a lower temp. Use of finely divided particles to make the bodies permits lower sintering temps. Saving heat-energy during sintering and producing a sound, dense ceramic body. The electrode materials can be low melting base metals instead of the precious metals used in prior art.</p>
