PURPOSE:To increase the number of winding without increasing the area of occupation by laminating an electrical conductor that is formed as one body with an insulating substrate with insulating bodies among the laminated electrical conductors, and electrically connecting those laminated conductors to form an electric coil. CONSTITUTION:Three insulating substrates 22a, 22b and 22c are laminated into one body to constitute an electric coil 21. In the centers of three substrates through holes are pierced which mutually coincide when they are laminated, and in those holes an electrically conductive material is filled to form connecting electrically conductive sections 23a, 23b and 23c. In the bottom layer 22a and top layer 22c spiral electrically conductive bodies 24 and 25 are respectively embedded that have opposite spiral directions. Since by laminating the substrates 22a, 22b and 22c, they are connected through the connecting conductive sections 23a, 23b and 23c, two conductors, 24 and 25 form one continuous coil that spirals in right direction from the terminal 24a to 25a. |
