PURPOSE:To secure the quality of a marine structure by a method in which a stud dowel is welded to the periphery of a pile on the panel point, a round tube welded with a dowel inside is attached to the periphery of the stud dowel, and concrete is filled into the space between the periphery of the pile and the inner surface of the round tube and a reinforcing material is welded to the round tube. CONSTITUTION:A stud dowel 4a is welded under water to the periphery of a pile 1 on the truss panel point. A round tube 2 whose inner surface is connected with a stud dowel 4b on the ground surface is set around the pile 1. Concrete 6 is packed into the space between the periphery of the pile 1 and the inner surface of the tube 2, and a reinforcing material 3 is welded to and laid between the tubes 2.
