PURPOSE:To form the guiding device for a movable body in which the constitution is easy and inexpensive without arriving at a destination at any case while the movable body is inclined to the destination when the movable body is guided to the destination by passembling plural echo sounder receivers to receive the energy wave from the destination. CONSTITUTION:Two echo sounder transmitters 4 and 5 which are set at a prescribed angle to a destination side, separated at a prescribed distance and sends the energy wave toward the movable body are provided, and on the other hand, plural echo sounder receivers 9 and 10 which are set at the prescribed angle, provided by separating at the prescribed distance and receive the energy wave from the destination are provided at the facing surface of the destination of the movable body. When the movable body is far away from the destination, the energy wave from one echo sounder transmitter out of two echo sounder transmitters provided at the destination, is received by plural echo sounder receivers provided at the movable body, and toward the echo sounder transmitter of the energy wave, the movable body is shifted. When the movable body is close to the echo sounder transmitter, plural echo sounder receivers simultaneously receive the energy wave from two echo sounder receivers.
