Method and device for observing experimental operations on or in an operating object

A method for observing experimental operations, in particular on or in an eye, is described. The eye is fixed on a specimen slide and is irradiated by one or more illuminating devices, and one or more observing devices are directed onto it. One observing device is used to observe the interior of the eye. The specimen is looked into from one side, and the other observing device is used to look into the specimen from the other side. The images (pictures) generated by the observing devices are represented simultaneously (synchronously) on one or more monitors, so that it is possible to represent in a synchronous fashion the outer operating field and the inner operating field (synchronous film/video technique).
