A floor construction for a building, such as a multi- storey car park, comprises primary beams 12, secondary beams 16-20, which are suspended in the primary beams, and a permanent shuttering form of plate metal, which is fitted to the secondary beams. A concrete slab is poured in situ in the shuttering, which is trapezoidal and corrugated in such a way that concrete beams 47 are formed in the bottom flanges of the shuttering. The secondary beams are sunken in relation to the primary beams, so that the concrete beams 47 are situated below the level of the top flanges 53 of the primary beams. <IMAGE>
