发明名称 HUMIDITY CONTROL AND HEAT PROCESSING SYSTEM FOR OFFICE ZONE HAVING OFFICE AUTOMATION MACHINERY AND APPARATUS
摘要 PURPOSE:To permit the maintaining of comfortable environment of an inhabitant in an office zone by a method wherein the surface temperature of the coil of a fan coil unit for processing heat generated by OA machinery and apparatus is controlled so as to be higher than the dew point of air while another fan coil unit for indoor air conditioning is operated as a cooling dehumidifier. CONSTITUTION:Refrigerant, discharged out of respective compressors 5, is collected by an oil separator 6 and, subsequently, is distributed to supply it to heat exchangers (primary side heat exchangers 22, 23 in summer mode and the coils Cc of secondary side fan coil units 14a, 14b in winter heating mode) which are functioning as condensers and, thereafter, is returned and collected into a liquid receiving tank 8, then, is distributed and supplied to heat exchangers (secondary side heat exchangers group in summer mode or primary side heat exchangers 22, 23 in winter mode), which are functioning as evaporators, and is returned into an accumulator 7 whereby cycles, distributed and supplied to respective compressors 5, are formed. Upon cooling and heating operation, the surface temperature of the coil Cc of the air-conditioning fan coil unit 14 is set so as to be lower than a dew point to effect cooling dehumidifying while the surface temperature of the coil of a fan coil unit 17 for processing generated heat is maintained at a temperature higher than the dew point temperature of indoor air.
