PURPOSE:To achieve a high reliability electric connection by putting a base board pin upright on a circuit base board while coping with a pin grid pin, inserting these two members from the two ends of a both-side socket contact member installed in the body, and thereby accomplishing the connection. CONSTITUTION:A module 3 is brazed to a pin grid array(PGA) module 1. With a base board pin 5 soldered to a circuit base board 4, the module pin 3 is connected by a both-side socket contact member 7 through connection parts 71, 72. Through insert holes 63. 64 for the base board pin and module pin, the base board pin 5 and module 3 are connected with the mating surfaces of the base board 4 and PGA module 1 by the respective connection parts 51, 52. Thereby high reliability electric connection is achieved simply and easily even though the number of terminals is increased to a great extent. |
