The handle (1) neck portion (2) is rotatably mounted in a bearing bush (3), inserted in a bore in the leaf. The fitting has an actuating shaft extension (6), engaging a closure actuator (7), rotatably mounted in a fitting housing (9) secured in the frame recess (8). A security member (10) on the closure actuator prevents an axial pulling out of the extension from the actuator. The neck bearing portion is formed by a collar sleeve (11), axially slidable on the shaft extension. The collar sleeve is loaded by a helical spring. The collar sleeve and the bearing bush, secured in the door etc. leaf (5) form axially effective stops.
