PURPOSE:To inhibit the generation of a poisonous gas from combustion and minimize the combustion of a material which is a source of poisonous gas by using an inorganic filament-reinforced ceramic material, at least, as an interior wall material and flooring. CONSTITUTION:An inorganic filament-reinforced ceramic material is used on a vehicle, the interior wall of an architecture and as flooring. The inorganic filament-reinforced ceramic material is a radical-polymerizable monomer consisting of fine metal oxide powder with an average grain diameter of 1mum or less as component A, a soluble cyclohexane polymer with a double chain structure as a component B, a 3-functional silane compound containing an ethylenically unsaturated double bond at least, in a single molecule as a component C, and an ethylene unsaturated double bond at least, in two molecules as a component E. A tow of inorganic fibers or a finished product thereof is impregnated with a liquid or a sheet-like product of a matrix composition containing these components A to E, or subjected to thermal permeation to form a prefreg which is then cured. |
