摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely perform zero calibration and air purge whether a measuring interval is long or short and measure a concentration accurately at all times, by judging whether or not the measurement is finished on the basis of a concentration of a component to be measured. SOLUTION: A gas analyzer main body 18 having a gas analysis part 1 is set inside a housing 13. A pre-drain separator 20 is set in a flow passage 19 for a sample gas SG, which is connected to the gas analyzer main body 18 at the downstream side. In a measuring mode, automatic zero calibration and automatic air purge to the gas analysis part 1 are conducted for every predetermined time. That is, in the measuring mode, whether the measurement is finished or not is judged from whether or not a concentration of a component to be measured is a predetermined value or lower. When the measurement is judged to be finished, the zero calibration is automatically conducted. At the same time, a sampling probe 15 is purged. Accordingly, the zero calibration and air purge are surely carried out whether a measuring interval is long or short.</p>
