<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of the management system by eliminating waste of making a visit for maintenance management by a maintenance manager of a device used in common by plural users regardless of a recovered error in the shared device. SOLUTION: An internet facsimile equipment shared by plural user terminals outputs an error message to a maintenance manager in a form of an electronic mail on the occurrence of an error (S10-S30). After the transmission of an error message, the error being recovered, an error recovery message is outputted to the maintenance manager in a form of an electronic mail (S40-S60). A maintenance manager terminal confirms periodically whether or not a message reaches itself, where the internet facsimile equipment is a sender, opens a warning window on arrival of the error message to inform of the error. On arrival of the error recovery message, the recovery of the error is displayed on the warning window.</p> |
