The ski boot retainer comprises a base (2) which is fixed to the ski and surmounted by a body (3). A jaw comprising two independent retaining webs (5,6) is articulated to the body about a vertical axis. The webs have outside their articulation axis a web mouth which exerts a force by support on the head of a movable tie rod (17) returned by a spring (19). A rocker arm (24) articulated to the base is inserted between the web mouth and the tie rod head.
