PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly convenient information presenting system which makes use of bi-directional communication facility and can conduct information management on the basis of operation by an information recipient. SOLUTION: An individual terminal device 10 includes a communication means 11 that communicates with an information distribution device 20 to receive presentation information and presentation information identification, a displaying means 12 for displaying the presentation information, and an operation means 16 for executing confirmation operation for the presentation information, and is constituted such that when the confirmation operation is executed, the communication means 11 transmits confirmation notice including device identification and information identification to the information distribution device 20.
