PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server unit that provides an information providing service depending on a request of an operator of the mobile terminal and a position of a mobile terminal. SOLUTION: Whether an incoming call from a mobile terminal is an emergency call or a non-emergency call is discriminated and when it is discriminated that the incoming call is the emergency call, emergency countermeasure processing is executed, and when it is discriminated that the incoming call is the non-emergency call, usual assist information providing processing is executed.
