PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mail-order method by which sale by mail order can be made available without requiring any thick catalog and having the knowledge of a computer and the Internet. SOLUTION: The procedure of a mail-order method is followed by using a large-capacity magnetic recording medium such as a CD-ROM where information needed for mail order is all recorded. By this mail order method, the CD- ROM can be opened only by being loaded in a computer in operation; and a desired article can be retrieved and an order form for ordering a selected article can be printed by advancing the procedure according to instruction in subsequent displayed pictures. The desired article can be ordered by sending this order form to the selling source. |
