PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of airtightness and also to prevent a cylindrical sealing plug from being easily pulled out caused by repeated use in the case of press-inserting the cylindrical sealing plug into the hole of a cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A sealing plug 3 is made of shape memory resin, and a detent 18 of a leg part 6 is molded so that it may pass through a toner filling port 8, and the toner filling port 8 is sealed by a barrel part 16 with a toner sealing member 4. At first, the sealing plug 3 is heated equal to or exceeding a glass transition temperature, and then, the leg part 6 is deformed so as to enlarge a distance between the detents 18 as shown in a figure, and, when the sealing plug 3 is inserted into the toner filling port 8 at a normal temperature, the plug is prevented from being pulled out by the detents 18, and the port 8 is sealed with the toner sealing member 4. The sealing plug is heated equal to or exceeding the glass transition temperature in order to pull out the plug, then, the plug returns to the original shape at the time of molding, so that the plug can be easily pulled out. The aforesaid work is repeated at the time of reusing. |
