PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image record medium creating system with music by which dynamic image data of high quality can be kept by a CD which is more inexpensive than a DVD disk, and to provide an image record medium with music which is created by the system. SOLUTION: JPEG static image data recorded in a memory card are read. The dynamic image data on an animation where a frame and an image continuously display the same frame is created with a static image based on JPEG picture data as one frame. The system is provided with a composer creating new music data by combining bars. The dynamic image data are recorded in CD-R with music data. The dynamic image data recorded in CD-R is MPEG dynamic image data compressed by a method conforming to an MEPG system. In the dynamic image based on the MPEG dynamic image data, the resolution of the static image of each frame becomes 480×704 dots. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
