<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency sensor device which precisely controls the radiation direction of radio wave beam. <P>SOLUTION: The high frequency sensor device comprises: an oscillation circuit for generating the transmission wave; an antenna for radiates the transmission wave and receiving the reflected wave by the object of the transmission wave as the receiving wave; and a detection circuit for detecting the receiving wave. The antenna is arranged on a first principal surface including the active element and passive elements provided with patch electrodes, the transmission lines provided on the first principal surface are connected with the passive elements, the end part of the transmission lines are connected with the one terminal of the high frequency switch, and the other terminal of the high frequency switch is connected with the grounding electrodes provided on a second principal surface.
