摘要 <p>The device useful in a field of construction to heat an accessory e.g. a valve body of a tap (30), comprises a heat pipe (9) having a condensation end (11) and a vaporization end thermically connected to the accessory and a geothermal heat source. The condensation end of the heat pipe has a unit to support heat exchange and a conical end made of a heat conducting material, and is constituted of a radiator (20) with wings. The heat pipe and radiator are constituted of two elements (21, 22) connected with each other, and are connected by screwing. The radiator has a housing. The device useful in a field of construction to heat an accessory e.g. a valve body of a tap (30), comprises a heat pipe (9) having a condensation end (11) and a vaporization end thermically connected to the accessory and a geothermal heat source. The condensation end of the heat pipe has a unit to support heat exchange and a conical end made of a heat conducting material, and is constituted of a radiator (20) with wings. The heat pipe and radiator are constituted of two elements (21, 22) connected with each other, and are connected by screwing. The radiator has a housing, which is adjusted for fitting the conical end of the condensation end. The condensation end of the heat pipe is connected to the valve body of the tap having a closure device, which is controlled with a sealing member such as a valve or a perforated sphere. An external wall of the valve body has an internal recess, and a tapped aperture for detachable fixing the closure device by screwing. The condensation end of the heat pipe is positioned in an interior of a water path of the valve body. The valve body constitutes a pipe whose internal volume is divided into two chambers by the sealing member at a level of a communication opening. The vaporization end is inserted in the ground. A conduit of the heat pipe is vertical. The fluid from the condensation end flows towards the vaporization end by gravity. The fluid present in the valve body is carbon dioxide, which is maintained under a pressure higher than an atmospheric pressure.</p>
