PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information converter, an information conversion system, an information conversion method, and information conversion program capable of improving the convenience.SOLUTION: The information converter includes: an acquisition section; a conversion section; and an edition section. The acquisition section acquires a piece of operation information from an operation device which is applicable to a purpose different from the operation for controlling on a unit to be monitored. The conversion section converts the operation information acquired by the acquisition section in to a control signal to be given to the control unit which controls the unit to be monitored on the basis the corresponding information stored by a storage unit.
