The present invention relates to an optical sheet which comprises: a substrate film; and a light collecting pattern layer formed in one surface of the substrate film. The substrate film is elongated in a transverse direction (TD), and has an inplane phase delay value (Re) displayed as formula 1. Formula 1 is Re = (nx-ny)×d. In the formula 1, nx and ny are refractivity in an x-axis and a y axis respectively, and d is the thickness of the film.
